The theme for our August updates was "housekeeping" as we focused on customer feature requests and improving usability in preparation for a BIG feature push in September that will bring more value to individual developers. You can read more about our plans on our Roadmap and read about how we felt we did delivering against our roadmap in August in our Roadmap Retrospective.

  • Unmapped User Management (0:20)
We now automatically identify 3rd party accounts that are contributing activity to your org but doesn't map to an existing Pinpoint user. On the unmapped users tabs, we will prompt you to map or ignore this account.
  • Billing Administration Overhaul (1:27)
We realized our billing page wasn't giving all the necessary information to manage your account. We now show plan details, view plan capacity against current number of users, compare plans and upgrade from within the app.
  • Integration Improvements (2:06)
We were having issues with integrations not appearing or deleting as expected. Major Agent changes are coming in September that will make this process even more simple but for now we improved our current integrations page so that it is more streamlined and stable so you can more easily view, add or remove integrations.
  • Labels for Issues and Pull Requests (3:06)
One of the most requested enhancements from our users was to bring in labels and tags from your source systems so you can have all the context within Pinpoint and reduce how much you have to go into Jira or other systems.
